To develop an effective brand identity, we have to understand the market place in which your company operates within. We get to know your competitors. We figure out what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong and how they're perceived in the marketplace.

At their best, personas are like vividly illustrated dictionaries of your customers, based on a combination of real data and insights about your customer demographics, behaviors, motivations and goals.
